Our coating falls within the anti-corrosion coating category compliant with EN 10169 standards, promising an exceptionally long product lifespan and bolstered mechanical scratch and UV radiation resistance. The high corrosion resistance of the X-Matt coating has been rigorously tested in aggressive marine and industrial environments. The Budmat coating is manufactured by ArcelorMittal, the largest steel manufacturer in the world. As the exclusive recipients of a written guarantee of color repeatability from ArcelorMittal in Europe, Budmat assures unmatched quality assurance. The D-Matt coating from Budmat ensures high durability, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance. Here are the key technical parameters: decorative coating thickness: 35 microns; coating adhesion (T bending): ≤ 1 T; bending resistance (T bending): ≤ 2 T; impact resistance: 18 J; scratch resistance (Clemen): ≥ 1.5 kg; corrosion resistance: Category RC3; Ultraviolet radiation resistance: QUV (UVA + H2O) test (2000 hours). The optimally selected chemical composition of the coating and its 50 µm thickness ensure resilience to weather conditions, resulting in excellent corrosion and UV resistance. The delicate texture enhances surface durability, making it highly resistant to abrasion and wear. Additionally, the reverse side of the sheet is coated with a two-layer grey coating, further enhancing corrosion resistance. This coating belongs to the category of anti-corrosion coatings according to EN 10169 standards.
