Factory pre-drilled holes and mounting cups
Introducing our patented roof design, engineered to streamline assembly and reduce roofer workload. Pre-punched holes enable precise sheet alignment, while specially shaped mounting cups provide an ideal seal for screws.
Embossing along the ribs
The longitudinal joints on the roof remain invisible while the sheet gains additional reinforcement. This unique fusion of aesthetics and durability serves a practical function as well, facilitating improved water drainage from the slope.
Folding up the bottom edge of the sheet
This solution enhances water drainage from the roof, preventing water accumulation on the surface and the formation of corrosion centers. Moreover, the fold renders the transverse joints of the sheets entirely invisible, eliminating the need for the roofer to secure the front edge.

The Budmat coating is manufactured by ArcelorMittal, the largest steel manufacturer in the world. As the exclusive recipients of a written guarantee of color repeatability from ArcelorMittal in Europe, Budmat assures unmatched quality assurance. The D-Matt coating from Budmat ensures high durability, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance. Here are the key technical parameters: decorative coating thickness: 35 microns; coating adhesion (T bending): ≤ 1 T; bending resistance (T bending): ≤ 2 T; impact resistance: 18 J; scratch resistance (Clemen): ≥ 1.5 kg; corrosion resistance: Category RC3; Ultraviolet radiation resistance: QUV (UVA + H2O) test (2000 hours). The delicate texture enhances surface durability, making it highly resistant to abrasion and wear. Additionally, the reverse side of the sheet is coated with a two-layer grey coating, further enhancing corrosion resistance.
